Actor Shia LaBeouf will not be facing charges of driving under the influence for a traffic accident in West Hollywood, California in which his hand was badly injured. However, his driver’s license could be suspended due to his refusal to take a breathalyzer test.

According to Jane Robison, spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office, there was “insufficient evidence” to support charging LaBeouf with DUI. She said that prosecutors are considering charges against two other people involved in the collision, which took place in July.

LaBeouf, star of such films as Transformers and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull, was arrested on July 27 after a crash early that morning that sent him to the hospital with a broken hand. Later, sheriff’s deputies said that LaBeouf was not at fault.
