A man from Moultrie Georgia was arrested for driving under the influence. Driving a motorized wheelchair, that is.

According to police, on September 23, 59-year-old Robert Gibson was arrested after police at the local high school stopped him.

The School Resource Officer at the high school allegedly spotted a bottle of vodka on the floor of Gibson’s scooter that was nearly empty.

Police say that Gibson’s speech was slurred, his eyes were bloodshot, and he was drooling all over his shirt. They say he also admitted that he had been drinking.

Gibson received transport to a local hospital and his blood-alcohol content was allegedly measured to be .405, more than five times the legal limit of .08

After being released from the local hospital, he was transported to the local jail and charged with DUI.
