A veteran Chesterfield County Prosecutor is being criticized for withholding evidence in a capital murder trial. This is not the first time that prosecutor Warren Von Schuch, a Chesterfield County deputy commonwealth's attorney, has been involved in a murder prosecution where evidence has been withheld from defense attorneys.
