On February 5, a Florida man was arrested on more than 50 traffic citations — all of which came in the same day.

According to police, 46-year-old Elvis Alonzo Barrett fled from police who were trying to pull him over for a traffic violation on the morning of the arrest. They say he ran through red lights, collided with another car, and crashed through a fence. Crack cocaine and a crack pipe were discovered by police in the man’s car.

Barrett is faced with several charges, including fleeing and eluding police and reckless driving. He was also issued more than 50 traffic citations on charges including speeding, running red lights, and failing to wear a seat belt.

Police say Barrett has a lengthy criminal history and his driver’s license had been suspended.
