Early on the morning of December 29, New Orleans Saints defensive end Bobby McCray was arrested on charges of driving under the influence after he refused to submit to a breathalyzer test.

The New Orleans Police Department booked McCray on one count of DUI, speeding, careless operation of a motor vehicle, and driving without registration.

The former Florida Gator has had very little impact on the Saints’ 13-2 start. At this point, he has only 10 tackles and 1 ½ sacks.
