Henrico County Police Officers Pecka and Leabough Win Police Motorcycle Competition

Two Henrico County police officers, Officers M. C. Pecka and E.J. Leabough dominated a recent motorcycle competition held in Portsmouth Virginia at the annual Chesapeake Bay Police Motorcycle Rodeo.  Officer Pecka won the overall top award for his impressive skill in maneuvering his police motorcycle around the traffic pylons.  His prize?  A new Kustom Signals, Inc. handheld radar device was given to Henrico County Police Department in his name. 

The annual charity event raised $12,000 for the March of Dimes
