If you think your grass needs cutting, it might be a good idea to wait until you’re sober.

A jury in Manatee County, Florida recently found a man guilty for driving under the influence on his lawnmower.

According to Sheriff’s deputies, they were called to a residence in July of last year when they spotted 44-year-old John Folds acting in an intoxicated manner.

The deputies say that they watched as he drove his mower into the dark two-lane road and gave him a field sobriety test.

Folds was sentenced by a judge to a prison sentence of three months, partially because of a DUI conviction 15 years prior.
