Virginia Uses Helicopters, Muscle Cars to Ticket Motorists for Reckless Driving Speeding

Virginia is using helicopters and muscle cars to increase their enforcement of traffic laws, especially Reckless Driving Speeding. Law enforcement officials dmit the emphasis on targeting speeders and reckless drivers. "The recent upsurge in enforcement is a direct result of the department placing an increased emphasis on speeding and reckless drivers," said Lt. Nick E.
